About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Production Operative to join our team at Wren Kitchens in Barton-upon-Humber. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a warehouse team to assemble kitchen components, stock, and units, and to pick and pack stock for dispatch.
  • Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organization.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager, and project a positive image of Wren Kitchens at all times.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor, adhering to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Assist in the production and dispatch of fully assembled kitchen units and stock.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational skills, time management, flexibility, commitment, and punctuality. Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
