About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Wren Kitchens. The ideal candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30, as part of a warehouse team within a designated department. Key responsibilities include:
  • Working as part of a team to manufacture kitchen components, stock, and units, as well as picking and packing stock and loading and dispatching complete orders.
  • Ensuring all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager.
  • Projecting a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
  • Undertaking any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Adhering to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Adhering to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role.
  • Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role.

About You
