Location: Projects across UK

A leading Building Services company is seeking a skilled Site and Installation Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site installations, managing engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organising and supervising site activities, including engineers and subcontractors.
  2. Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements.
  3. Completion of all documents associated with the project status, including Quality Plans.
  4. Ensuring site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
  5. Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme.
  6. Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
  7. Completing company quality documents for site reports.
  8. Attending site management meetings.
  9. Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  10. Organising and planning 2 weeks look ahead programs.
  11. Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork.
  12. Updating the senior management team on progress.
  13. CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor card or ecitb-ccnsg card.
