Location: Projects across the UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Installations Manager to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company. Our company provides a unique service to the Energy, Food Processing, and Pharmaceutical Industry, offering bespoke mechanical and electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors, and work activities
  • Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks
  • Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements
  • Completion of all documents associated with the project status, including Quality Plans
  • Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
  • Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme
  • Arranging and coordinating deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure project progression
  • Completing company quality documents for site reports to the management team
  • Attending site management meetings
  • Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
  • Resolving problems and implementing improvements
  • Understanding P&ID drawings
  • Organising and planning 2-week look-ahead programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position of Site Supervisor
  • Time-served qualified engineer
  • CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor card or ecitb-ccnsg card
