Installation Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Installation Manager to join our team at Process Installations and Maintenance Services Ltd. As a Site Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems on various projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors, and work activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Completing all necessary documents, including Quality Plans, to ensure project status is accurately recorded.
- Ensuring site rules and welfare facilities are in place to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Coordinating deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure project progression is not halted.
- Completing company quality documents to provide site reports to the management team.
- Attending site management meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures.
- Organising and planning 2-week look-ahead programs to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork to ensure projects are formally completed.
- Updating the senior management team on project progress.
- CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor card or ecitb-ccnsg card is required.
Requirements: Proven experience in site installation management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
