Installation Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Installation Site Manager to join our team at Process Installations and Maintenance Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our clients' projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors, and work activities to ensure smooth project progression.
- Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Completing all necessary documents, including Quality Plans, to ensure project status is accurately recorded.
- Ensuring that site rules and welfare facilities are in place and adhered to.
- Assisting Project Managers in updating and planning the work programme to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinating deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment to prevent project delays.
- Completing company quality documents to provide site reports to the management team.
- Attending site management meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures.
- Organising and planning 2-week look-ahead programs to ensure project progress is on track.
- Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork to confirm project completion.
- Updating the senior management team on project progress.
- Requiring a CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor card or ecitb-ccnsg card.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
