Gallery Leadership Opportunity

The Association of Academic Museums & Galleries seeks an exceptional leader to serve as the Director of the Trout Gallery at Dickinson College. As the chief administrator of this prominent academic museum and teaching gallery, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the gallery's operations, including exhibitions, collections, and educational programs.

About the Position:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the gallery's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate the gallery into the college's academic programs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals and students to ensure excellent customer service and gallery operations.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Art History or related field.
  • Five years or more experience in museum leadership, curation, and education.

Estimated Annual Salary: $100,000 - $140,000, based on qualifications and experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic academic environment.
