Job Title: Customer Support Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Civica. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Application support experience
- SQL skills
- Previous experience with TFCloud / Technology Forge Cloud software
