Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Technician to join our team at OPW. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Work Environment

The work environment at OPW is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Customer Support Technician, you will be working in a team environment with a collaborative and supportive team.

The physical demands of this role include sitting for long periods, using a computer and phone, and occasionally lifting up to 12kg. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
