Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute molecular biology experiments to support vector engineering, capsid, and promoter development.
- Develop and optimize qPCR, RT-PCR, and other analytical techniques for analysis of in vitro and ex vivo samples.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to study and experimental design.
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven industry experience in cloning, molecular biology, and vector production.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with cell culture and cell-based assays.
