Job Title: Community Healthcare Professionals

About the Role:
We are seeking Community Healthcare Professionals to join our team in Sleaford, Heckington, and Ruskington areas. As a Community Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that each client receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients as needed
  • Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in care or a related field
  • Valid DBS check
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £13.00 per hour (weekdays), £14.00 per hour (weekends), and £19.50 per hour (bank holidays)
  • Mileage paid at 35p per mile
