Job Summary:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality care and support. You will also assist with daily living needs of children and young people, promoting their growth and recovery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and young people, creating a lasting impact on their lives.\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in the care sector, preferably in a leadership or management role.\
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.\
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.\\
