Senior Support Worker

Requirements:

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in the care sector, preferably in a leadership or management role.\
- A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.\
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.\\
