About the Role

As a Lead Area Supervisor at Marks & Spencer Plc, you will play a key role in driving sales, commerciality, and service standards within your store. Your primary objective will be to assist in developing and leading a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and capability, focusing on developing internal talent and exploiting data to support operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, commerciality, and service standards, ensuring that the store is consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them to achieve their personal objectives and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform operational decisions, ensuring that the store is optimized for performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse and representative team, where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and be at their best.
