About the Role

We are recruiting for an Office Management Specialist to join our team in Leicester, UK. As an Office Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with ease.
  • Maintain accurate office supplies and equipment inventories.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively is crucial.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude is expected.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
