About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care work, although full training and induction are provided.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
