If so, we are looking for people just like you to join the team in our new home. The property is in Halewood, Liverpool, and is set in a quiet residential estate. Here we support 3 adults with autism and learning disabilities.

**Support Worker Salary** - PS27,282 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is PS10.90, this rises to PS11.10 per hour on successful completion of the L2 Adult's qualification.

As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care to the people living in the home and understand their care needs, plan activities, and support and engage them to succeed in living their best lives. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance to help you plan ahead and create a good work-life balance.

Our standard shift pattern is 3 shifts per week (14.25 hours) and 1 sleep in, but please do ask us about different options to suit your needs.

**Responsibilities**

Provide the best care and support to the people we support and make a real difference in their lives

Be helpful, and proactive as you will have an important role in providing both high-quality provision care and creating a happy, home environment

Support the adults with their daily routines, to access education and varied activities in their local community

**Requirements**:
Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction are provided, so we would still love to hear from you even if you don't have experience in this field

Driver's licence is an advantage

Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
