We are seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our friendly community at Arncliffe Court Care Home in London. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing person-centred care and support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can:
- Respect and value the dignity and privacy of our Residents
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to enable Residents to be as independent as possible
- Work with Residents and their families to deliver tailored care
- Support with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each Resident
