About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in care work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities).
