About the Role

Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals with autism and learning difficulties in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential for some roles).
