About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the individual and their support network.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and events, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential for some roles).
