Job Description

The role of a Business Continuity Specialist at Horizonscan Limited involves working with clients to help them understand and mitigate potential risks to their business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments, developing comprehensive business continuity plans, and providing guidance on crisis management strategies.

With a strong background in risk management and business continuity, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience in client-facing roles is essential, as you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from developing emergency response plans to conducting tabletop exercises. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, and we are seeking an individual who shares these qualities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business continuity principles, including ISO 22301, as well as experience in risk assessment, crisis management, and project management. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
