Job Title: Business Continuity Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Continuity Specialist. To be successful, you will possess excellent communication skills and a natural problem solver with a strong passion for crisis management and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from the private or public sector and/or a degree in a related field. A background in emergency services, local authority, or private sector resilience, business continuity, emergency planning, disaster management, ISO standards, or auditing would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business continuity plans (BCPs) and risk registers
  • Researching and developing exercise scenarios for crisis simulation exercises
  • Supporting and delivering client project work, including report writing and documentation reviews
  • Client engagement through conference calls, emails, and meetings
  • Project management, tracking hours/deliverables, and reporting to clients
  • Assisting in delivering presentations, running training sessions online, and maintaining professional membership status of relevant organizations
  • Maintaining accurate records on time management platforms and ensuring strict client confidentiality

Salary: The estimated salary range is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
