Job Title: Security Advisor Specialist

SSR Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Security Advisor Specialist to join our team in Central London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in protecting public spaces, with a strong background in corporate and event security. They will be responsible for managing the organization's security position, implementing a policy that encompasses all areas of public space, and working with tenants to craft an overall security strategy.

The Security Advisor Specialist will oversee a security budget, develop a value proposition for the Board, and provide leadership in security forums. They will also work with internal departments to ensure that security services and technology solutions are effective.

The successful candidate will have a track record in navigating complex security challenges, engaging stakeholders, and operating in a mixed-use environment. They will be based in Central London and must have the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization's security position and implement a policy that encompasses all areas of public space
  • Work with tenants to craft an overall security strategy that works for stakeholders
  • Oversee a security budget and develop a value proposition for the Board
  • Provide leadership in security forums and work with internal departments to ensure effective security services and technology solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in protecting public spaces and corporate and event security
  • Strong background in security management and risk assessment
  • Ability to work in a mixed-use environment and navigate complex security challenges
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
