As a technical advisor and product expert, you will work closely with our sales team to manage and coordinate technical requirements in the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically-oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Requirements Management: Manage and coordinate technical requirements in the sales process, ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and prospects.
- Trusted Advisor: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for our prospects and customers, providing expert guidance on Cynet's solutions and services.
- Needs Discovery and Demonstration: Perform business and technical needs discovery, and conduct technical demonstrations of the Cynet solution in face-to-face meetings and web sessions.
- Solution Presentation: Present the Cynet solution to prospects face-to-face, at field events, and web sessions, effectively articulating its value and benefits.
- RFI/Ps Response: Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/Ps, ensuring accurate and timely communication with prospects.
- Customer Requirements Communication: Communicate customer requirements to the Product Management teams, ensuring alignment and effective solution development.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement solutions according to customer technical requirements and business needs, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Attack Life Cycle Understanding: Understand the attack life cycle and how Cynet's solution helps eradicate this issue, providing expert guidance to prospects and customers.
- Competitive Positioning: Articulate and demonstrate Cynet's solution, positioning products and services relative to competition through presentations and conference call discussions to architectural groups, major lines of businesses, and C-Level executives.
- Prior Pre-Sales Experience: Prior experience in pre-sales, specifically in Endpoint Security.
- Networking or IT Security Experience: Experience in Networking or IT Security solutions, with a strong understanding of overall security industry trends, products, and solutions.
- Security Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions, and compliance requirements.
- Endpoint Security Expertise: Prior knowledge of Endpoint Security as it relates to the Attack life cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in front of large groups, both technically and non-technically oriented.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business problems of C-level executives, discuss these problems, and present solutions.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to perform both independently and collaboratively as a strong team member, supporting and working closely with a pre-sales and sales organization.
- Strategic Selling: Strategic approach to technical selling, with a professional understanding of customer expectations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
- Endpoint Security Cloud Solutions: Experience in administering endpoint security-based cloud solutions and architecting them with prospects and clients.
