Job Title: Security Advisor Specialist

SSR Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Security Advisor Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the organization's security position and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that encompasses all areas of public space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a security policy that ensures the safety and security of visitors and stakeholders
  • Work with tenants to craft an overall security strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with national and local government agencies, as well as blue light services, to understand threats to the development and implement mitigation processes
  • Oversee a security budget and develop a value proposition for the Board that enhances reputation and visitor interaction
  • Manage tenant relationships, set standards for asset protection, and provide leadership in security forums

Requirements:

  • Experience in protecting public spaces, with a formal background in security management
  • Sound corporate and event security experience
  • Ability to navigate complex security challenges and engage stakeholders
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification or equivalent
