This four-month selective programme is designed for female-identifying first-year students or second-year students on a four-year degree who have an interest in finance. The programme aims to support and develop women early in their academic careers.

During the programme, participants will be assigned a mentor, have access to targeted workshops to help prepare for a career in finance, and participate in candid discussions about being a woman in finance.

Programme topics may include leadership speaker series, networking and interview workshops, technical skills training, office visits, and an Insight Day in April 2025 where participants can work shadow, take part in interactive workshops, and expand their network within Global Banking & Markets.

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate high motivation, a keen desire to learn new concepts, and a defined interest in financial markets. They must:

  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in any discipline in Ireland.
  • Be a current first-year student on a three-year degree or second-year student on a four-year degree.
  • Self-identify as a woman.
  • Demonstrate passion and interest in learning about capital markets and finance.
  • Be able to attend regular mentor meetings and programme workshops throughout the 4-month programme.
