Diversity and Inclusion Manager

We're seeking an experienced DE&I professional to drive forward our company's DE&I strategy.
This role will be key in delivering impactful initiatives and programs that promote inclusion and accessibility across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leading on end to end DE&I projects across the business, overseeing key DEI initiatives, focusing on best practices for social mobility and embedding disability inclusion.
- Acting as a strategic Subject Matter Expert on DEI, advising the People Team and business on DEI matters.
- Responsibility of Data-Driven Insights, including monitoring and analyzing DEI metrics to evaluate progress, identify gaps, and drive improvement.
- Collaborating with the People team to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements in DEI processes across the employee journey, from recruitment to career development.
- Partnering with the L&D team to design and roll out DEI-focused training and initiatives that build awareness and skills.
- Working closely with internal communications to ensure engaging updates on DEI activities.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to foster a unified approach to DEI across the business.
- Managing relationships with external DEI organizations and partners.
