**Job Title:** Research and Development Manager in Pediatrics
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Research and Development Manager in Pediatrics at the Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing research projects in pediatrics, working closely with our research team and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement research strategies for pediatric research projects.
- To manage and coordinate research activities, including patient screening, recruitment, and data collection.
Requirements:
- Masters or Ph.D. in a related field (e.g., nursing, medicine, research methods).
- Significant experience in research management and development.
Salary: This position is expected to pay around £55,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
