Job Summary

As the Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement effective change management strategies, leveraging their expertise in programme and project management to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business opportunities, developing and implementing plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring the successful delivery of business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or formal business qualification, or significant experience working in a senior position across programme, project, or change management functions within global organisations.
  • Proven experience in large/complex programme/change management and delivery.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry with a preference from Banking/Wealth Management.
