Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive business change and transformation initiatives across Wealth Management Europe (WME). As the Head of Business Transformation, you will be accountable for delivering strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving planned benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 100 FTE/FTC Senior/Change Leads, Change Managers, Business Analysts, External Contractors, and/or Subject Matter Experts to sustain an appropriate level of change and transformation capabilities.
  • Develop and implement integrated business, operating, and technology architectures to deliver scalable, efficient, effective, and regulatory compliant operating models across WME client-facing, non-client-facing, and functional organizations.
  • Manage relationships with WME Senior Management and all senior stakeholders to drive consensus on initiative direction and delivery, anticipating and resolving obstacles to success.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities to enable growth and scalability, operating within a prudent balance of strong governance and process.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree, formal business qualification, or significant experience working in a senior position across Programme, Project, or Change Management functions within global organizations.
  • Proven experience in large/complex Programme/Change management and delivery, with a preference for Financial Services industry experience.
