Outbound Sales Professional

We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our team at K3 Capital Group Plc as a Lead Generator. This role involves engaging with small business owners, building rapport, and discussing potential business sales opportunities.
About the TeamWe are a dynamic and ambitious team, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in driving our sales performance, working closely with our CRM system to arrange appointments for corporate directors.
Main Responsibilities- Making outbound B2B calls to engage with small business owners and discuss potential business sales opportunities.
- Working from our CRM system to arrange appointments for corporate directors, providing a high level of service to clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients, managing sensitive conversations, and delivering exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with anyone.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- The drive and ambition to excel in this role and contribute to the success of our organisation.
This role includes:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £40,000.
