Outbound Sales Manager

K3 Capital Group Plc is a leading provider of company sale services, offering guidance and advisory services to SMEs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales calls. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Making outbound B2B sales calls to small business owners, building rapport and discussing potential business sales.
- Working from our comprehensive in-house CRM system to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Providing a caring, thoughtful, and thorough service to clients, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary and bonus structure, including daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
- Team nights and social events, such as Fazenda and Flight Club.

- 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
- Flexible working hours, with core hours from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and finishing at 3pm on Fridays.
Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
