We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at K3 Capital Group Plc as a Lead Generator. This role involves making outbound calls to small business owners, building rapport, and discussing potential business sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Making outbound B2B calls to engage with small business owners and discuss potential business sales opportunities.
- Working from our CRM system to arrange appointments for corporate directors, providing a caring and thoughtful service to clients.
- Managing client relationships, building trust, and delivering exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with anyone.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- The drive and ambition to excel in this role and contribute to the success of our organisation.
This role includes:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £40,000.
