About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Inbound Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking around 35 inbound calls a day, helping customers purchase new appliances.
- Taking inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
- Processing orders and upselling/cross-selling products
- Ensuring customers are protected by offering AO Care insurance plan
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £11,140 per annum, plus uncapped commission opportunities. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including:
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 2 years)
