Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our expanding Entrance Systems sales team in the Northwest of the UK. As a Sales Professional, you will promote our products to the construction industry, working with businesses such as contractors, façade installers, and construction companies who require our products in new build and refurbishment projects.


You will be responsible for the commercial development of a geographical area, contacting, engaging with, and winning clients for dormakaba, ensuring the growth of our project business. You will proactively manage your own diary and workload, planning and tracking different opportunities, arranging meetings, and consulting with clients.


Our successful salespeople collaborate extensively with other team members throughout dormakaba, such as customer account managers, the specifications team, and other professionals to maximize opportunities available to us as a business.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales to the construction industry with a focus on consultative sales, a proven track record in successful sales growth and client retention, and the ability to work both independently and remotely without close supervision.


This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, SMART Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Healthcare Support, Employee Discount Platform, and Internal Recognition & Reward Schemes.
