We are looking for a skilled Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Your Team: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed counter and service sales targets through effective delegation, customer engagement, and product promotions.
- Event Planning: Organize innovative in-store and external events to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Stock Control: Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and address any stock-related concerns with the area manager.
- Communication: Foster open communication among team members and department managers.
- Staff Scheduling: Create fair and balanced staff rotas on a monthly basis.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
£21,500 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience & performance)
