Key Responsibilities:

The Store Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates in achieving commercial goals, ensuring visual presentation standards, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensuring timely receipt of merchandise and maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborating with department leads to achieve visual presentation standards
  • Implementing monthly initiative launches and utilizing reporting tools to inform commercial decisions
  • Achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders

In addition to these responsibilities, the Store Team Supervisor will also be expected to:

  • Ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience
  • Lead team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities
  • Partner with senior store leadership to oversee hiring processes, onboarding, and store scheduling
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, and effective coaching and development skills. Additionally, the candidate should have flexibility with scheduling and be available to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous employee discounts.
