Festive In-Store Opportunities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Festive Colleague in one of our stores. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during the busy festive period.
As a Festive Colleague, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their queries, maintaining store standards, and supporting colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. You will also be involved in restocking shelves, operating tills, and participating in visual merchandising activities to create an engaging store environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.02 (rising to £13.15 within the M25), plus additional payments depending on location and skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable retail experience, develop new skills, and work with a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain store standards, including stock levels and visual merchandising.
- Support colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Restock shelves and participate in visual merchandising activities to create an engaging store environment.
- Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
