Consumer Experience Leader

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to help drive consumer experience in one of our stores.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your input will be vital in supporting your Store Manager, helping contribute to the success of your store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
  • Assist your Store Manager in implementing our established retail processes
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs
  • Ensure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Provide cover in the store manager's absence

Requirements

  • Experience in opening and closing a store, leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
  • Flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays
