About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Education Psychologist to join our dynamic Hillingdon Educational Psychology Service (EPS). As an EPS team member, you will contribute to raising pupil achievement, promoting psychological wellbeing, and elevating standards across the spectrum of age and abilities.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of children and young people's needs, evidencing examples of effective service delivery models. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools, staff, parents, and other agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to schools to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Deliver a comprehensive range of EP services to schools, resourced provisions, children, and families
  • Conduct regular visits to allocated schools, advising and supporting them within the framework of the Code of Practice
