Job Description

As a SEN Learning Facilitator, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students. This will involve working both inside and outside the classroom to ensure students' academic and personal growth. You will also collaborate with education professionals to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored interventions to meet students' individual needs.
  • Support children with a range of Special Educational Needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering effective strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with education professionals to achieve academic excellence.

Requirements

  • A First-Class Psychology Degree from a leading UK university.
  • Previous experience supporting children, especially in an SEN setting.
  • Confidence in managing behaviour and implementing effective strategies.
  • A supportive and empathetic approach to working with SEND students.
