Job Title: Branch Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Branch Administrator to join our team in the Havant area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and experience in Estate Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a busy team in a residential estate agency
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be highly organized and able to prioritize workload
  • Have excellent computer skills and be good on the phone
  • Work confidently within a busy sales & new homes team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Branch Administration
  • Good understanding of estate agency processes
  • Full UK driving license
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritize workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
