The Role: Returns Administrator - Maternity Cover FTC
PureTech are looking for a Returns Administrator to join our CCTV Technical Team, to provide returns administration and support for QVIS Lighting & Security, PureTech & Byocycles
**Main Responsibilities: Returns Administrator**
- Liaise with the necessary departments following process and polices to ensure a swift returns procedure is followed
- Raise service calls, pending returns and advanced replacement sales orders
- Process system job sheets, including raising repair and replacement sales orders and credit and debit notes
- General administrative support
- Ensure that all deadlines are met within set timeframes
- Communicate frequently with customers with regular updates on RMA progress
**Skills and Experience: Returns Administrator**
- Experience with SAP desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines with pace and accuracy
- Able to work within a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
