The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced Preparation Manager to join their culinary team in Greenock.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the success of our business. As a Preparation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of cold food for daily service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Food Preparation: Prepare and present cold food for daily service.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage the kitchen team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Certification: Hold a valid Food and Hygiene Certificate.

$42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
