Compass Group UK&I is looking for an exceptional Relief Chef Manager to lead our relief team across Scotland and Cumbria. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, improving kitchen efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
1. Leading the onsite catering team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
2. Developing and implementing effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
3. Maintaining accurate stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory effectively.
4. Ensuring compliance with food handling and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
