Job Overview

A leading property maintenance company, ARC (Norwich) Limited, is seeking a skilled Plumber and Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent plumbing skills, as well as the ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties
  • Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, decorating, and electrical work
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plumber and Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
  • Excellent plumbing skills and knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
