About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across our two Cambridge-based sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across two Cambridge-based sites
- Work in a team of fellow Engineers and Technicians to maintain all plant systems and services
- Supervise external service providers and contractors as required
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of working in a complex building environment with responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Ability to plan and prioritise with limited supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work flexibly, including an on-call rota to respond to call-outs when off-site
- Ability to adapt to a varied workload and changing priorities
Requirements:
- Completed an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of using a Building Management System
What We Offer:
- Starting salary of £28,498 - £34,085 plus £5,000 Annual Allowance
