**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Welfare Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact on their lives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in student welfare and support, with a strong understanding of the needs of students in a school setting. They will be responsible for leading and implementing student support initiatives, as well as working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective student outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and implement student support initiatives, including developing policies and procedures to promote student wellbeing.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective student outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, including helping with academic tasks and personal issues.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant qualification or experience in education or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in student welfare and support.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £29,623 - £34,275 per annum (pro rata).
  • 18 hours per week, term-time only.
  • An unpaid lunchbreak of 30 minutes per day.

**Note:** The salary range is based on the employer's advertised rate and may be subject to change.
