Education Programme Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Education Programme Manager to join Disability Challengers' Services team in Farnham.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead a team of early years practitioners, delivering high-quality educational programmes for young children.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative educational programmes
- Lead a team of early years practitioners to deliver excellent outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and pedagogical practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £21,040.17 - £24,479.45 per annum (dependent on experience)
