Physical Health OT Leader

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Farnham Hospital as a Senior OT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic OT assessment, goal setting, and individualised treatment programmes for patients with complex and/or chronic presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic OT assessment, goal setting, and individualised treatment programmes for patients with complex and/or chronic presentations.
- Assess and manage risk, including identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement comprehensive manual handling care plans to ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Supervise junior staff and mentor students to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Clinical educators training.
- Wheelchair prescriber qualification.
